Rose Hill Cemetery, a 100-acre historic, nonprofit, perpetual-care cemetery, is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead daily operations, community engagement, and long-term preservation efforts.

This full-time leadership role oversees sales, family services, grounds and operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, and historic preservation—balancing compassionate service with strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Sales of burial, cremation, memorialization, and mausoleum options
• Supporting families with sensitivity and professionalism
• Oversight of cemetery operations, grounds, and interment scheduling
• Financial management, budgeting, reporting, and compliance
• Community outreach, marketing, and public relations
• Stewardship of historic landscapes, monuments, and structures

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in cemetery operations, sales management, or business administration
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working with the public
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, and cemetery management software
• Ability to work outdoors and occasional evenings/weekends

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000–$90,000 annually
• Performance bonus potential
