Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Identify and create new business opportunities by expanding our market presence.
- Identify IT needs and present tailored solutions, including managed services, cloud computing, cybersecurity offerings and physical security.
- Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting and proposal development to closing deals and post-sale follow up.
- Prepare proposals and statements of work (SOWs) in collaboration with technical and purchasing teams.
- Engage clients through in-person meetings, email, and networking events.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships through industry events and client referrals.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management within IT or Managed Service Provider environments
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity and physical security
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to interact confidently with business owners and IT professionals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience using CRM systems (ConnectWise preferred) to manage opportunities and track activities
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
