About Eddie:

Eddie served in the US AIR FORCE at Pease AFB, NH from Jan 1980 – Jan 1984 in the Munitions Maintenance Squadron. From typing and reviewing cryptic messages for the flight line to briefing the brass or training his colleagues, all his duties required a firm understanding of the mission, a plan to complete it in a timely manner, and attention to detail all along the way.

This was a tremendous help in his eventual transition into the business world, especially when presenting his products and services, addressing client’s concerns, and working with his team to improve their communication and customer service skills.
