What You’ll Do:

- Learn the Fundamentals of Mortgage origination, brokering, lending, products, and guidelines. 

- Follow up with perspective, borrowers and guide them through the loan process.

- Build rapport and long-term relationship relationships with clients.

- Educate and guide current and perspective homeowners through their real estate financial goals.

- Work closely with process processing, underwriting, and management.

- Develop strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

- Participate in mentorship, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching.
