About Kelsi:
Kelsi Waltemire Palmer, CXO of Kite & Anchor, is a people-oriented professional with diverse experience in advertising, marketing, sales, and management. After facing career transitions, she established Kite & Anchor in 2018 to coach local businesses and nonprofits through growth challenges. A Washington County native with a BS in communications from Shepherd University, Kelsi is committed to lifelong learning, holding various certifications including a PHR. She balances her work with outdoor activities, family time, and volunteering, particularly supporting veteran causes. As an adjunct professor, she teaches workforce development and related subjects. Kelsi is passionate about her childfree lifestyle, backyard chickens, and empowering others to pursue their passions.
