Description

Every leader faces difficult conversations—but trusted leaders know how to turn those moments into opportunities to build trust, strengthen relationships, and improve performance. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to confidently navigate challenging conversations using the Lead. Develop. Care. Model and the principles of emotional intelligence. Through practical strategies and real-world application, leaders will discover how to recognize what people need most in the moment, communicate with clarity and empathy, and foster accountability without sacrificing relationships. Whether addressing performance, conflict, change, or difficult feedback, participants will leave with a practical framework they can use immediately to lead conversations with confidence and purpose.
