The City of Hagerstown Parks & Recreation Division invites you to join us at City Park, Tuesday July 7 at 11:00am as we open the 1976 Time Capsule presented to the People of Washington County by the Community Action Youth Services Council on July 7, 1976 to be opened by the People of this Area on July 7, 2026! 

The event will be held in the Kaylor Rose Garden of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts at 11:00am.
